Service employee (m/f/d) middle and late service, full-time

In our service team, you are the "good soul" for our guests at lunch and dinner. You look after groups, conference guests, banquets and individual travelers in our gastronomic outlets TENEO Restaurant & Bistro, Restaurant Spelhus, Berliner Zille and Allegro Tanzbar. You are the contact person for the wishes and concerns of our guests on every topic relating to food and drink, the hotel and the region.

You have:

・a well-groomed appearance
・Confident and self-assured appearance
・Social skills and strong communication skills
・Sales talent in service
・The ability to work in a team
・Service mindset towards guests in the catering trade

Desirable are:

・Training in the catering or hotel industry
・Knowledge of foreign languages, preferably English
・Experience in station service

Head of Service (m/f/d), full-time

We are looking for a Head of Service (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

You are largely responsible for the organization and smooth operation of our gastronomic outlets TENEO Restaurant & Bistro, Restaurant Spelhus, Berliner Zille and Allegro Tanzbar. You will guide our service staff and work with our employees to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our guests. Other tasks include:

  • Induction and training of new employees and trainees
  • Coordination of smooth service processes in our gastronomic outlets
  • Station allocation and control
  • Control of order and cleanliness in our gastronomic outlets
  • Training and instruction of our employees in the service area

You have:

  • Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
  • Resilience and overview in stressful situations
  • Confident and self-assured appearance
  • Social skills and strong communication skills
  • Sales talent in service
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Service mindset towards guests in the catering trade
  • Organizational talent
