We attach particular importance to training in the hospitality industry. We provide training in the following professions: hotel specialist (m/f/d), hotel management assistant (m/f/d), restaurant and event catering specialist (m/f/d) and chef (m/f/d). Every trainee receives special attention from us. In addition to a mentor in the company for questions of any kind as well as training and instruction, the same attractive conditions apply to our trainees as to every employee in our company:
| Salary | Our apprentices receive above-average pay compared to the rest of the industry: € 950 in the first year, € 1050 in the second year and € 1,150 in the third year. Our pay is transparent, understandable and fair. The punctual monthly payment of remuneration is a matter of course for us and is one of our obligations. |
| 30 days annual leave | From trainees to skilled workers or department heads: every employee receives 30 days' annual leave from day one. We know that good work and intensive cooperation must be balanced out by rest. |
| Not always according to plan | We know that not everything always goes according to plan, especially with such young people. You are also welcome to apply to us as a late entrant, career changer or for a transfer from another training company. |
| Uniform | You do not have to worry about your uniform. We will provide them for you. So that you always look good and feel comfortable. |
| Housing options | For employees who are not based in Wernigerode and come from further afield. We know our way around the area. We actively help you to find an apartment. Whether temporarily or permanently. |
